FIRM PROFILE

The founding members of the firm are Paul F. Oliveri and Leonard Schwartz. Both have been recognized in Who's Who In American Law.

Mr. Oliveri proudly serves as a member of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, a statewide organization of trial lawyers with the mission "To promote a safer and healthier society, to assure access to the civil justice system by those who are wrongfully injured and to advance representation of the public by ethical, well-trained lawyers."

Mr. Oliveri has addressed legislators and lectured before citizen groups about issues facing accident victims, consumers, the civil justice system, and has actively fought to preserve the rights of the injured.

PAUL F. OLIVERI

Paul F. Oliveri received a B.A. degree from New York University in 1976, and his law degree from New York's St. John's University in 1978. He is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of New York, as well as local Federal District Courts and the United States Supreme Court.

Mr. Oliveri proudly serves as a Director Emeritus of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and has served on several of its committees, including the New York State Trial Lawyers Association's Judicial Screening Committee. He is also a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York County Lawyers Association.
